In 2023, we collaborated with Cumbria Education Trust's Family Connector Project. Our goal was simple: we wanted to bring drama directly into primary schools across Cumbria.
We developed original workshops for Key Stage 2 pupils. The focus moved beyond simple acting games; pupils learned devising techniques and professional performance skills, and practiced team building in a structured, creative environment.
The results were clear. Teachers reported a boost in confidence among the students. Quiet children found their voices. The workshops increased engagement with the arts and proved that creativity belongs in every classroom.
