Dr Grace Thomas
Dr Grace Thomas is a Senior Research Fellow in Arts Engagement at Wrexham University and Artistic Director for WordForWord Arts. Her PhD studied how the #MeToo movement intersected with verbatim theatre, leading to a Socially Minded Theatre methodology. Previously she has led arts engagement projects on invisible disabilities and community trauma. Her current research includes accessibility to the arts for disabled people, engagement with disenfranchised young people through art, and increasing social mobility for those living within economic deprivation.
Jack Ibbotson
Jack Ibbotson is the Managing Director of WordForWord Arts CIC. A performer, marketer and digital designer, Jack brings together creative practice and strategic leadership to support the organisation’s artistic and educational work. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and has a strong background in communications and digital engagement. Jack is passionate about making the arts more accessible, championing work that amplifies underrepresented voices and removes barriers to participation.
