Anxiety is an invisible disability. We wanted to make it visible. “Living with… ANXIETY” was an immersive multimedia exhibition. We used real stories to explore the symptoms and the support systems available.
We conducted extensive research and interviews. The final exhibition mixed sound clips, video projections, and live interactions.
Hosted at the Old Fire Station, the installation created a space for dialogue. It allowed people to share their experiences without fear of judgment. It showed that while anxiety is personal, you are not the only one facing it.
